Who we are

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, organisation, organisation type, registered fanbase size and the message you write.
• Demo login credentials: your email address, used to send a one-time verification code.
• Usage data: anonymous page-view statistics through Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement (contact form).
• To verify your email and send you demo login credentials (demo popup).
• To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.

We do not run a marketing list and we do not sell your data. Our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the website.

Who processes it

Form submissions and verification emails are delivered through Resend, our email provider. The website is hosted and measured by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside your country.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our sales inbox for as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up, and are then deleted. Verification codes expire within minutes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to developer@fanzeal.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
